Gujarat Containers update on appointment of company secretary

Gujarat Containers announced that Apurva Dubey, who was appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has not joined the services of the Company, therefore her appointment stand cancelled.

The Company is in the process of recruiting suitable candidates for appointment as Company Secretary of the Company.
