AGI Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. The Board discussed, considered and passed the resolution regarding the incorporation of wholly subsidiary of the AGI Infra.
2. The Board has given the authorization to S. Sukhdev Singh, Managing Director of the Company to complete all the formalities and procedures in this regard.
