1. Smita Jatia has been appointed as a Director of the Company on 30 September 2014.

2. Messrs GMJ & Co., Chartered Accountants have been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company at the Sixty Eighth Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2014 for a term of 5 years.
