Havells India appoints directors

With effect from 12 May 2020

Havells India announced the appointment of Subhash S Mundra (DIN - 00979731), B Prasada Rao (DIN - 01705080) and Vivek Mehra (DIN - 00101328) as Additional Directors (Independent) on the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from 12 May, 2020 to hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
