Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has agreed to sell 12,33,57,262 equity shares of Rs 10 each of HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company (HDFC ERGO), a subsidiary of HDFC, representing 22.92% of HDFC ERGO's issued and paid up capital to ERGO International AG, Dusseldorf (ERGO) at a price of Rs 90.973 per share).ERGO is the JV partner with HDFC in HDFC ERGO.
