Hi-Tech Gears announces change in company secretary
With effect from 16 November 2019
The Hi-Tech Gears announced that S.K. Khatri has stepped down from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f 16 November 2019 upon restructuring of official duties. Naveen Jain has been elevated to the post of Company Secretary of the Company based on the assessment of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approval of the Board of the Company.
