Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 18 September 2015 allotted 8,19,095 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,53,31,750 consisting of 157,76,65,875 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
