ICRA announces resignation of director

With effect from 28 July 2014

ICRA announced that Dhruba Narayan Ghosh, Chairman (Non-Executive Independent Director) of ICRA Management Consulting Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICRA, has resigned from the Board of Directors of ICRA Management Consulting Services with effect from 28 July 2014.
