IDFC allots 30,000 equity shares under ESOS

IDFC has allotted 30,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each of IDFC in terms of the IDFC ESOS- 2016 (ESOS Scheme). Further, the ESOS scheme is in compliance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. The total money realized by exercise of the aforesaid options is Rs. 13,55,281.00/- (including Perq Tax of Rs. 53,281/-).
