IDFC First Bank allots 9.95 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IDFC First Bank has allotted 9,95,540 equity shares under ESOS on 19 August 2022. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs 6219,28,59,320/- comprising of 621,92,85,932 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs 6220,28,14,720 /- comprising of 622,02,81,472 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
