IDFC receives CCI approves for proposed divestment

IDFC has received the approval of the Competition Commission of India vide its letter dated 01 August 2022 for the proposed divestment of IDFC Asset Management Company and IDFC AMC Trustee Company.

The Proposed divestment remains subject to receipt of approvals from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
