Issue to open on 08 September 2015
Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on 08 September 2015, passed resolutions in connection with the proposed QIP issue of size not exceeding Rs 6674.45 crore under SEBI ICDR Regulations :1. authorising the opening of the Issue on 08 September 2015; and
2. approving and adopting the Preliminary Placement Document dated 08 September 2015, in connection with the Issue (the Preliminary Placement Document).
The Relevant Date for this purpose is 08 September 2015. The floor price in respect of the said issue is Rs 738.64 per equity share.
