Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd gained 4.95% today to trade at Rs 45.55. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 1.25% to quote at 1924.02. The index is down 6.56 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, DLF Ltd increased 3.85% and Sunteck Realty Ltd added 1.06% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 18.75 % over last one year compared to the 10.05% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has lost 28.72% over last one month compared to 6.56% fall in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 2.25% rise in the SENSEX.
