Indiabulls Securities announced that on 02 January 2015, the Company, has issued and allotted 11,650 (Eleven Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under - 'lndiabulls Securities Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.Consequent to the, said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,16,60,172/- divided into 26,08,30,086 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
