Indian Energy Exchange IPO opens on 9 Oct

The price band of IPO fixed at Rs 1,645 to Rs 1,650 per share

Indian Energy Exchange is coming up with an initial public offer (IPO) of up to 60.65 lakh equity shares through an offer for sale by the selling shareholders. The offer would constitute up to 20% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. The price band of the IPO has been fixed at Rs 1,645 to Rs 1,650 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each. The IPO opens on 9 October 2017 and closes on 11 October 2017.
