IO System announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 21 July 2019 has approved the following -Appointment of Preeti Malhotra as an Additional Director & Chairperson (Non-executive - Non-independent); Kamalapati Kashyap as an Additional Director (Non-executive-Non independent); and Vidya Chhabra as an Additional Director (Non-executive, Non-independent) of the Company, w.e.f. 21 July 2019.
Resignation of Rashi Adlakha as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 21 July 2019.
