ITC allots 3.55 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 3,55,840 ordinary shares of Re 1 each upon exercise of 35,584 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

Consequently, with effect from 17 March 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1232,32,55,931/- divided into 1232,32,55,931 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each.
