Board of Paras Defence and Space Technologies approves incorporation of subsidiary

At meeting held on 17 March 2022

The Board of Paras Defence and Space Technologies at its meeting held on 17 March 2022 has approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary named, Paras CAA Gearup. The proposed subsidiary shall be engaged in business of development, manufacturing and trading of popular handgun and rifle conversion kits.
