ITC allots 92.31 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 92,31,830 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each, upon exercise of 9,23,183 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 6" July, 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1234,71,73,521/- divided into 1234,71,73,521 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each.
