Jaiprakash Power Ventures allots 35.17 crore shares to JSW Energy

On part conversion of outstanding debt

Jaiprakash Power Ventures has allotted 35,17,69,546 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par on private placement basis to JSW Energy for an amount of Rs 351.77 crore on conversion of part of their outstanding debt.

Consequent upon allotment of aforesaid 35,17,69,546 equity shares to JSW Energy of Rs.10 each, the paid-up equity share capital of the company shall be increased to Rs.6347,77,26,300.
