Jindal Poly Films updates on scheme of arrangement

Allahabad High court sanctions scheme on 12 October 2015

Jindal Poly Films announced that Hon'ble Allahabad High court in its hearing held on 12 October 2015, has sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement among Jindal Photo and Jindal Poly Films and their respective shareholders.

Further the Company has informed that, the Scheme is now subject to Sanction of Bombay High Court.
