JSW Energy allots 4.58 lakh equity shares under ESOP

JSW Energy announced that the company has completed all the formalities, including listing, in respect of 4,58,459 equity shares allotted to the JSW Energy Employees ESOP Trust pursuant to the JSW Employees Stock Ownership Plan 2016. With this, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs.1641,92,14,250 divided into 164,19,21,425 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
