Jubilant FoodWorks announced that pursuant to the letter dated 26 June 2015 received from Jubilant Enpro (Name changed to Jubilant Energy (JEPL) w.e.f. 23 June 2015), JEPL ceased to be the Promoter of the Company w.e.f. 15 June 2015 and will be a part of the promoter group of Jubilant FoodWorks.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
