Kabra Extrusion Technik has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Penta SRL Italy who are engaged in manufacturing and distribution of auto feeding systems. The joint venture is proposed to be named 'Penta Systems India'. This is the First JV made by Penta, as Piovan Group has been operating through subsidiaries across the world.The JV Company will set up its plant for manufacturing and trading (including the supply of after-sales services) of auto feed systems for the Plastic Industry and Food Processing Industry.
