Karur Vysya Bank announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 30 July 2016

Karur Vysya Bank announced that R Kannan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank retired on his superannuation and was further appointed on contract basis. He was relieved from the services of the Bank at the close of working hours on 30 July 2016 consequent to his resignation.
