Kellton Tech Solutions will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2015, to consider the proposal for issue of 25,00,000 warrants at Rs 90 to the promoters and other investors and to increase Authorized Capital, to fix up the date, time and venue of the Extraordinary General meeting of the members of the Company for this purpose.
