Kirloskar Electric Company announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 30 June 2015

Kirloskar Electric Company announced that K. S. Swapna Latha has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the Company.

The Company accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 30 June 2015. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, K. S. Swapna Latha also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
