L&T Finance Holdings allots 16,72,146 equity shares
Under ESOS
L&T Finance Holdings announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 May 2017 has approved the allotment of 16,72,146 (Sixteen Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand and One Hundred Forty Six) equity shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under ESOS.
