Larsen & Toubro divests stake in L&T Infocity

Larsen & Toubro announced that it has sold its entire stake of 89% held in L&T Infocity (an SPV formed in partnership with Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Investment Corporation) to a Hyderabad based infrastructure development company -Infrastructure Developer Ace Urban Developers. The transaction is for a consideration of Rs 191 crore.
