Larsen & Toubro Infotech announced that the Company has on 09 November 2016, allotted 679,301 (Six Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred One) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1 each, to persons who had exercised their stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership Schemes.The said Equity Shares will rank pari - pasu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
