Honeywell Automation India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 November 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following business:1. Noted and accepted the resignation of Norman Gilsdorf as the Director effective close of business hours of 09 November 2016
2. Noted and accepted the resignation of Sangeet Hunjan as the Company Secretary effective close of business hours of 24 November 2016. The Board will undertake the process for appointing a new Company Secretary.
