Magma Fincorp allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Magma Fincorp announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company which has been authorised in this regard has allotted 29,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 36/-per share (including a premium of Rs. 34/- per share) and Rs. 60/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 58/- per share) to the eligible employees of the Company under Magma Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 ("the Scheme") through resolution passed by circulation on 31 July 2015.

Pursuant to this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs. 47,35,62,344/- (Rupees Forty Seven Crore Thirty Five Lakhs Sixty Two Thousand and Three Hundred Forty Four only) consisting of 23,67,81,172 Nos. (Twenty Three Crores Sixty Seven Lakhs Eighty One Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Two) of Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
