Holiday Club Sweden AB subscribes to 51% stake in Visionsbolaget

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India announced that, consequent upon, Holiday Club Sweden AB, step down subsidiary of the Company, subscribing to 51% stake in Visionsbolaget 10088 AB (hereinafter referred to as "Visionsbolaget"), Visionsbolaget has become the subsidiary of Holiday Club Sweden AB and in turn step down subsidiary of the Company.

Further, Visionsbolaget is in the process of changing its name to Holiday Club Sport and Spa Hotels AB.
