Manappuram Finance announced that Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 24 December 2021, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000 each for an amount of Rs.100 crore with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 400 crore aggregating to Rs.500 crore on private placement basis.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
