Marsons to hold board meeting

Marsons will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 November 2014, to consider issue of Equity shares/Convertible warrants/Convertible debentures to promoters/ corporate bodies/DIIs/FII and or to any other prospective investors as the Board may deem fit, and to consider increase in Authorized Capital of the Company.
