Max Healthcare Institute announced the resignation of Ananya Tripathi from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 14 March 2022, as a nominee of Kayak Investments Holding (Kayak). The Board of the company approved the appointment of Gaurav Trehan as an Additional Director with effect from 15 March 2022, as a nominee of Kayak.
