Medi Caps acquires shares of subsidiary

Medi Caps announced that the Company has acquired 27,16,000 Equity Shares of Medgel due to invocation of pledge of shares of Medgel on 28 August 2014 a subsidiary Company of the Company, resulting that the Medgel has become 100% Wholly owned subsidiary Company of Medi Caps.
