Receives LoA for road project in Maharashtra (Kante-Wakad section of NH 66)
MEP Infrastructure Developers announced that MEP Infrastructure Developers - Sanjose India Infrastructure & Construction - JV has received Letter of Acceptance ('LOA') dated April 27, 2016 from MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) for the following project -Rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH 66 (Old NH 17) for Kante-Wakad section to four lanes in the state of Maharashtra under NHDP-IV on Hybrid Annuity Mode.
Construction period - 2 years from appointed date
Concession period - 15 years (excluding construction period of 2 years)
The bid project cost is Rs 826.28 crore and O&M bid is Rs 11.60 crore for first year.
The Company will received bi-annual annuity from MORTH post commercial operation date.
