Metkore Alloys & Industries announced that one of the Promoter viz., Prashant Boorugu has disposed off 317722 equity shares, which constitutes 0.45% of the Capital of the Company of Rs. 2/- each between 16 October and 05 December 2015.Prashant Boorugu is holding 1,89,42,582 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each in the Company, which constitutes 26.89% of the total paid up capital [of which 1,62,60,304 equity shares have been pledged favouring Reliance Capital.
