Mihika Industries announced that Satish Kumar Thakur, Company Secretary of the company has been relieved of his duties with the close of business on 07 January 2019.Kuldeep Kumar Sethia, Chairman and Managing Director will act as Compliance Officer till the time Company Secretary is appointed.
