Mindtree recommend Bonus Issue, Final & Special Dividend & declares Third Interim Dividend

Mindtree at its board meeting held on 16 April 2014, has recommended third interim dividend of 50% for the fourth quarter ending 31 March 2014, and will be paid on or before 05 May 2014, the board has also recommended a final dividend of 50% and a special dividend of 50%.

The board has also approved to alter the memorandum of association of the company and have recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.
