MphasiS announced that the exercise of the following Employee Stock Options (ESOP) has been approved vide exercise register dated 11 December 2015.

- Scheme : ESOP 2012

- Options Exercised : 3,375

The terms and time period of exercise of the ESOPs is as per the relevant ESOP Scheme.
