Neogen Chemicals has approved the allotment of 16,04,710 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 1402.12 per share including premium of Rs 1392.12 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs 224.99 crore on a preferential basis.Pursuant to allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 23,33,46, 060 to Rs. 24,93,93,160.
