F&O turnover drops
Nifty July 2015 futures were at 8352, a premium of 23.45 points over spot closing of 8328.55. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined sharply to Rs 1.71 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 2.96 lakh crore registered during the previous trading session.
TCS July 2015 futures were at 2536.90, at a premium compared with spot closing of 2529.35.
Yes Bank July 2015 futures were at 804, at a premium compared with spot closing of 799.65.
L&T July 2015 futures were at 1852, near spot closing of 1849.70.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty fell 34.50 points or 0.41% to settle at 8,328.55.
The July 2015 F&O contracts are set to expire on 30 July 2015.
