Nifty June 2015 futures trade at premium to spot price

F&O turnover declines

Nifty June 2015 futures were at 8247, at a discount of 22.05 points over spot closing of 8224.95. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment decreased to Rs 2.68 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 2.77 lakh crore registered during the previous trading session.

Reliance Industries June 2015 futures were at 999.25, at a premium to spot closing of 997.15.

Eicher Motors June 2015 futures were at 19215.75, at a discount over spot closing of 19235.

State Bank of India June 2015 futures were at 260.85, near spot closing of 260.30.

In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 50.35 points or 0.62% to settle at 8,224.95.

The June 2015 F&O contracts are set to expire on 25 June 2015.
