NIIT Technologies announces change in company secretary & compliance officer
With effect from 01 June 2015
NIIT Technologies announced Lalit Kumar Sharma has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 01 June 2015.Also, Monika Arora, who was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, in the interim period, has stepped down from the position, with immediate effect.
