Niraj Cement Structurals announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 02 July 2015

Niraj Cement Structurals announced that Sonali Chule Kurhade, Company secretary has resigned from the post with effect from 02 July 2015. She is no longer associated with the affairs of the Company (W.e.f. 02 July 2015). The board in its meeting held on 02 July 2015 accepts her resignation from Secretary the post of Company Secretary.
