Nitta Gelatin India announces appointment of director

At board meeting held on 13 November 2014

Nitta Gelatin India announced that, pursuant to the newly introduced changes in the Company Law and the corresponding changes in the SEBI Regulations, the Company has inducted at the Board meeting dated 13 November 2014, Naotoshi Umeno from Japan, as an Additional Director, categorized as an Independent Director. He would be in addition to the existing members on the Board.
