Noble Explochem (company under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process vide order dated 14 May 2018) announced that a meeting of Committee of Creditors held on 04 October 2019, the members of the Committee of Creditors unanimously approved the Resolution Plan of Ipca Laboratories.
