Oswal Agro Mills announced the appointment of Pulkit Gupta as Additional Director and Non-executive and Independent Director of the company with effect from 05 February 2021. The company also announced that Shikha Jain, Non-executive Independent Director of the company resigned with effect from 05 February 2021.
